The New York Times reported this week that a number of companies have an interest in using Twitter to promote their companies; one such company, a California based winery is currently looking for a member of staff to handle “social media”, by posting to Facebook, Tweeting and so on, the job has currently attracted more than 500 applicants, so whats the big deal? The job at the Murphy-Goode winery pays $10,000 USD per month.
